Object: foreigners working / laborers in Vietnam stays more 3 month.

I. CONDITIONS FOR LICENSED LABOR.
– Have the capacity for civil acts fully in accordance with the law.
– Healthy fit job requirements.
– As a manager, managing director, professionals or technical workers.
– Not the offenders or prosecuted for criminal liability in accordance with the law of Vietnam and foreign laws. (have judicial records)
– Approved in writing by the State agencies competent on the use of foreign workers.
So, to meet the most basic conditions for being granted a work permit in Vietnam, Foreign workers must fall under one of the cases: As a manager, managing director, professionals or technical workers.

1. Conditions to be recognized as professionals: Foreign workers are specialists must meet one of the following conditions:

– Written confirmation that the agency's experts, organization, businesses abroad (before day 01 month 4 year 2016 optional);
– Have a university degree or higher or equivalent and at least 03 Experience (instead of 05 years of experience as before) work in specialized training consistent with the position that foreign workers are expected to work in Vietnam; special case due to the Prime Minister for consideration, decision.

2. Conditions for recognition as a manager, managing director:

– Have a work permit or employment contract or appointment decisions have identified foreign workers already working in management positions, managing director.
– Written confirmation is managed, executives from agencies, organization, now that foreign workers that worked confirmation.

3. Conditions to be recognized as skilled labor: A person with the least amount of training in engineering or other majors 01 years and worked at least 03 years of specialized training.
