step 1: Please dispatch entry work / labor (Invitations entry work / labor) in management bodies through immigration agency, institutions guaranteeing workers at work, business cooperation.
Official procedures for applying includes entry:

• Written request visas (NA2 form )
• A certified copy of the license or the decision of the competent authorities on the establishment of the organization
• Introductory text stamp, signature of the competent institution (samples NA16 )
• Face passport, intended date of entry / face airfares.
• The work program.
• Some other papers if Immigration provides additional requirements on the characteristics of each company and each intended entry.

step 2: Get dispatches entry, print copy brought Embassy / Consulate General of Vietnam. Get a visa at the Embassy or Consulate General of Vietnam in foreign countries or in the international border gate.
